What's so special about mangomasti's
exotic mangoes?
Every part of the world, with India as no exception,
produces many varieties of mangoes. The locals relish
their soil's produce.In India the Alphonso tops the
list of the most favourite fruit. The Alphonso variety
is widely produced in the coastal region of Maharashtra
and Gujarat- the two States of Western India. Amongst
the two, the variety grown in Konkan, coastal Maharashtra
is better known for its taste. And within the Konkan
belt rests Devgadh & Ratnagiri, blessed with soil, sun
and humidity that imparts a very unique aroma and flavour
to its mangoes. Likewise, the Alphonso variety in Gujarat
also has its share of uniqueness.
What makes mangomasti's mangoes an ideal gift?
It's common for everyone to gift during the festive
times, but in the middle of the year, when there are
no festivals in the bay, mangomasti's box of delightful
mangoes, do make an ever lasting impression. As we all

How is the fruit selected &
graded?
At mangomasti, the mangoes are selected by the shape
and size. The Alphonso weighs around 300 grams each.
The human senses of look, touch and aroma play an important
role while packing the mangoes.
How does the fruit mature?
The mango is harvested before it ripens on the tree.
The fruit is then laid on hay and allowed to mature
the natural way. As the Alphonso matures, the colour
changes from green to golden yellow and starts imparting
its unique, sweet aroma. Chemical agents to hasten the
ripening process is a strict "NO" with us because we
beleive natural things should be enjoyed naturally.
How are the mangoes packed?
The time taken for transport to the final destination
of delivery decides the stage of ripeness at which the
mango needs to be packed. Each mango is then checked
for any superficial skin blemishes before they are packed.
12 of the choicest fruits are individually cushioned
in foam nets and then gift packed in an attractive and
sturdy 5-ply E-flute carton. Finally, each carton is
strapped and sealed making it worthy for travel over
long distances. Knowingly, we do not beleive in taking
any chance.

How do I place an order?
Is it possible to gift to multiple
receivers?
Just select the variety of premium mangoes you want
to buy/gift from the Home Page of bangoes.com and follow
the Order Form. It's quite simple. Give your details,
the receiver's details and choose the payment option
to successfully complete the ordering process. You also
have the facility to gift to multiple receivers through
the same Order Form. For e.g. you can gift 3 box to
Delhi, 5 to Mumbai and 2 to Pune.
Is my Order number important?
Yes. The Order number is required for tracking your
order and also for future correspondence. Your Order
number is a unique one and will be displayed once the
ordering process is successfully completed. Please note
this Order number.
What if I forget my Order number?
Incase, you forget/misplace your Order number, please

we can provide you with the Order number.
How do I check the current
status of my orders?
We have provided a field 'Order Status' on the Home
Page of mangomasti.com to track the current status of
your orders. You just need to enter your Order number
and the order status will be displayed. Incase, this
doesn't work due to some reasons, please mails us at
customercare@mangomasti.com
We will mail you the order status within 1 working day.
Can I cancel an order after it is submitted?
No you can't cancel an order once the payment process
is complete.
Can I change the sender and receiver
details of my order?
This is a rare case. You can definitely change the sender
and receiver details of your order by mailing us the
new details at
customercare@mangomasti.com
We will be able to change the details only if the order
has not entered the shipping process. We will keep you
informed.
What if there's a problem with my order?
In the unlikely event of a shortcoming from our side,
your mango box remains undelivered, you will have the
option to ask for a full refund or to have the box delivered
to an alternative address. You can also carry forward
the order to the next year at the same price, irrespective
of the price hikes in the future.
What if I order for more than
80 boxes or bulk order?

Delivery
When do the deliveries begin?
What is the lead-time for delivery?
Each variety is best harvested in different seasons.
The Alphonso is at its best in April & May. We normally
start the bookings a month in advance and all deliveries
are completed sequentially- on a first come first served
basis. Dispatch schedules are updated periodically.
How is my order delivered?
our logistics partner is entrusted with the job of delivering
the boxes of premium mangoes across India. Since we
have been working with them for many years now, they
are well trained to cater to our special needs of door
delivering a perishable fruit like mangoes. Blue Dart
covers almost all major towns and cities in India. Incase
your destination is not serviced by Blue Dart, we will
have to dispatch the box through some other reliable
courier company. We will inform you accordingly.
Do you deliver worldwide?

Do you charge extra for shipping?
No. The price mentioned on the Home Page of www.mangomasti.com
is an all-inclusive price. No hidden costs.
What's the proof of delivery?
Every confirmed order has an Order number. This will
be your unique number which will help you to track your
delivery status online as well as serve as your reference
number should you need to get in touch with our Customer
Care Centre. Please note that we cannot give hard copies
as proof of deliveries.
What in case my order is not delivered?
In the unlikely event of a shortcoming from our side,
your mango box remains undelivered, you will have the
option to ask for a full refund or to have the box delivered
to an alternative address. You can also carry forward
the order to the next year at the same price, irrespective
of the price hikes in the future.
What if the receiver refuses
to accept the delivery?
In very rare cases, we find people reluctant to accept
the box as a gift as a matter of their personal policy.
We therefore, have no other option but to destroy the
box at the destination. We don't call back the box,
as it serves no purpose. In all such cases, you will
be kept informed about the delivery attempt but no refunds
will be given.
What if the receiver is away
for a while?
In case the address of delivery is locked on the first
attempt, our couriers leave a message behind and also
make a second attempt within the next two days. They
also try and call up the receiving party to know the
suitable time for delivery. If all attempts fail, we
instruct them to destroy the box. In such cases we give
you the proofs of attempts made but no refunds will
be given. Please note that the delivery of the mango
boxes will not be attempted on Sundays or on any public
holidays due to unavailability of courier service.

an e-Payment Service Provider to accept payments via
Credit Cards and Net banking facilities in real-time.
You can pay by using: · Master cards, Visa cards, Amex
cards, JCB cards, Diners cards and CitiBank E-cards
issued anywhere in the world. · HDFC, Centurion Bank,
CitiBank, net banking customers can now also pay online.
Is my credit card transaction
secure?
CCAvenue our e-Payment Service Provider uses the most
powerful Verisign secure socket layer (SSL) for encrypting
credit card numbers during transmission. To put this
into non-technical terms, it would take 340,000,000,000
years for today's fastest computers to crack Verisign
SSL.
In what currency will I be charged for the purchases
I make?
The charges will be billed to your credit card as www.ccavenue.com.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees. If you use a
non-Indian credit card, your bank will automatically
convert to your home currency based on the exchange
rate when the order is confirmed. This will be reflected
in your Credit Card statement.
Can I change the payment option
for the order placed?
Once you register an order with us, you cannot change
the payment option for that particular order.
Do you accept International
credit cards for deliveries within India?
Yes, we accept all Indian/International Visa, MasterCard,
and American Express credit cards.
Can I pay with cash?
No.
Where do I mail the demand
draft?
Order will be processed only after the receipt of the
Demand Draft. Your order will be cancelled if we do
not receive your payment in 10 business days. Please
remember to write your full name and the order number
at the back of your Demand Draft.
